Stan Tonkin is the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for The Élan Collection. Mr. Tonkin has over 20 years of international marketing & sales experience working with Hewlett Packard Company’s highly successful LaserJet Printer operations located in Boise, Idaho for 12 years and DEK, Ltd. in Weymouth, UK, where he served the dual capacity as President of DEK USA and Global Business Unit Manager for DEK’s Support Product Division. After a successful international career in the electronics industry he formed MLC Sotheby’s International Realty in McCall and Eagle, Idaho. Since early 2007, both of these locations have been top producing agencies in high-end urban and resort properties. Besides his diverse contemporary experience in the importance of branding, advertising and positioning The Élan Collection as the premier product in the Luxury Vacation Residence industry, Mr. Tonkin has a successful track record in the details associated with managing and executing a multi-channel, international sales program focused on superior customer satisfaction.

Don Pitarre is Chief Executive Officer for The Élan Collection. Don brings more than 30 years of construction and luxury real estate development experience to the company, creating and producing unique luxury homes and multi-property exclusive luxury developments. He founded Elan along with his son Andrew and industry pioneer David Disick considered the "father of the fractional Private Residence Club industry" who created the first fractional Private Residence Club in America with the development of the Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, CO. Don brings years of valuable luxury development experience in creating the new ultra-luxury Private Residence Club industry for mega properties. Most recently, in addition to adding luxury Yachts to the Elan Collection, he has assembled this collection of "Distinguished Luxury Vacation Residences" and has focused his teams efforts on expanding The Élan Collection into the leading distinguished portfolio of shared interest luxury vacation residences and Yachts that offer the highest levels of privacy and exclusivity.

Andrew Pitarre has been in the construction and development business since 1995. While serving as Forward Planning Manager at Lennar Homes, Andrew was responsible for new project/property evaluation and project entitlement. In addition, he served as project/construction manager for several large residential communities. Over the course of his career, Andrew has been involved in the planning, development, coordination, and marketing of over 2,500 residential units. For the past three years, Andrew has been working with his father Don, in development planning for The Élan Collection.

Alyson Pitarre serves as the Director of Communications for The Élan Collection, where she manages the company's fully integrated communications program through traditional media relations and online community relations. A graduate of Pepperdine University, she possesses more than nine years of experience in the communications arena, with a specialization in the luxury real estate market.
